I'm pleased to announce the Informed Simplicity Project!

This project is all about mastery in the field of psychotherapy. Part of this project will be same- I'll still be interviewing amazing guest in the field of psychotherapy. And part of this podcast will be very different. You'll have access to book reviews (such as Anne Herrington's Mind Fixers) and curated content from around the web.
